Republican National Convention Update

As you are aware, the Republican National Convention will be held in Cleveland, July 18-July 21. Ott & Associates will continue to operate as close to "business as usual" as possible.

Due to security zones surrounding our building and the convention center, and protocols within our building itself, Ott & Associates will modify our business hours so that minimal staff are on site from 7:30am - 11:30am, Monday, July 18 through Thursday, July 21, to collect mail and accept delivery of packages.  

ALL incoming calls will be directed through the automated system Monday, July 18 through Friday, July 22.

Attorneys will have full access to their voicemail and email during our regular business hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm.

At this time, we are also anticipating that there will be disruptions and delays to mail and express delivery services due to road closures and Secret Service protocol surrounding our building and the Westin.  As such, the most efficient means of communication will be via email and by telephone.
