Ott & Associates Co., Lpa, Welcomes Attorney Nicole D. Leclair To The Team

Ott & Associates Co., LPA, is pleased to announce a new addition to our team. Attorney Nicole LeClair joined the firm this month. She is a 2009 graduate of the Duke University School of Law, and a 2005 graduate of Boston College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English.

Nicole was licensed to practice law in Ohio in 2009. Most recently, Nicole worked as a staff attorney for Baker & Hostetler in Cleveland, Ohio, where she primarily concentrated on complex civil litigation in securities fraud. Nicole also worked as an associate attorney at Dubyak, Connick, Thompson & Bloom, LLP, in Cleveland, Ohio. At Dubyak, she worked in litigation, including appellate practice, and also performed transactional work in the areas of real estate law and corporate law.

Nicole worked in the insurance industry prior to attending law school.

Nicole will be concentrating on general corporate, enforcement, and governing document revision for our community association clients.
