We are proud to announce that Kimberly M. Sutter is newly certified as a Residential Real Estate Specialist by the Ohio State Bar Association.
The Ohio State Bar Association currently recognizes only 11 attorneys statewide as certified residential real estate specialists. Kimberly M. Sutter and Steven M. Ott of Ott & Associates Co., LPA, are the only residential real estate specialists in Northeastern Ohio whose practice primarily involves the representation of community associations.
This certification is not a purchased trade association designation. Rather, attorneys who sit for the examination are chosen based on the attorney’s experience, training, teaching, and peer review in the field of residential real estate, which includes representing community associations. Kimberly’s experience representing community associations, speaking at numerous seminars, and the articles she has written which are published in local, state and national publications, support her certification.
The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) is accredited by the Ohio Supreme Court Commission on Certification of Attorneys as Specialists. Ohio attorneys who are certified by the OSBA as specialists must take and pass a written examination in residential real estate, demonstrate a high level of substantial involvement in the specialty area, fulfill ongoing education requirements and be favorably evaluated by other attorneys and judges familiar with their work.
Your association can be confident that with Ott & Associates Co., LPA’s commitment to excellence, your association will continue to receive the highest quality legal services from the only two specialists certified in residential real property law who practice community association law in Northeastern Ohio.
