Good Luck, Kim!

We wish her the best of luck as we announce the resignation of Attorney Kimberly M. Sutter, effective February 12, 2016.

As many of you know, Kim has been working remotely from Indiana since 2011. We wish Kim success in her future position as an attorney at an Indianapolis law firm, where she will be practicing community association law.

Since joining Ott & Associates in 2004, Kim’s expertise in community association law has been a great asset to our Firm. She will be missed not only by us, but also by many of our clients. Kim’s intelligence and kindness have not only made her a great attorney, but also a fantastic mentor to many attorneys and staff here for the past 12 years.

We anticipate a smooth transition for all of Kim’s cases.
