In January, Attorneys Steven M. Ott, Kimberly M. Sutter and Amanda A. Barreto attended the 2015 Annual Community Associations Institute Law Seminar in San Francisco, California.

Held in rotating locations, the legal conference brings together attorneys, property managers, accountants and other professionals who work primarily with community associations.

While attending the conference, our attorneys attended several seminars, including those on fair housing complaints, constitutional restraints on community associations, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act issues, and hot trends in community association law.
