If your Association is a homeowners association, the deadline to record your Code of Regulations or Bylaws with the appropriate county recorder was March 9, 2011.
If for some reason your Association hasn’t recorded the Bylaws or Code of Regulations, your membership must re-adopt the Bylaws and record the re-adopted Bylaws within 90 days of membership approval.
