- Successfully argued that a condominium Association had acted negligently when the Association failed to correct a leaking roof that led to significant mold damage in the owner’s unit.
- Successfully argued the a construction company submitted payment applications before the corresponding work was actually completed, and the owner was awarded the amounts paid to the company in excess of the work completed.
- Effectively negotiated a lawsuit against an insulation manufacturer and installer where black mold was found on the premises.
